Pipeline explosion kills two in Telegana State, India.

Two workers have been killed by an explosion on a natural gas pipeline at Imampet in the Nalgonda District of Telangana State, India. Three others were injured in the incident which happened at about midday local time on Saturday 4 April 2015, while the men were carrying out a routine inspection after reports of a gas leak. The dead men have been named as Roshan Tijare, a manager, and V Ramesh, a technician, while the injured men have been named as Balakrishna, also a manager and Narsimha and G. Venkat, also technicians. G. Venkat has reportedly been moved to Hyderbad due to the severity of his injuries. All five have been identified as employees of the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), who operate the pipeline.
